From approved to quoting
Set your password from the invitation, add your logo and colours on the Brand page, switch on the products you sell, and quote a real risk through your sandbox before anything goes live.
Most of what a brokerage needs is in the console itself, and every screen says what it's for. When it isn't, the form at the bottom of this page reaches whoever is on call.

One login per insurer, entered once under Agencies. Noon reads back who you are, your distribution codes and branch, and checks the login works before it's ever used to quote. Blue Zebra locks an agency after a few bad passwords, so the check is rate-limited on purpose.
Your brokerage starts at yourname.noonapp.com.au. When you're ready, point your own domain's DNS at us and press Provision. The certificate, funnel, customer panel and email come up behind your name, and we check every one before it says done.
One percent of what you wrote for the month, plus the things that cost us money, such as lookups, texts and AI, priced per unit and itemised on every statement. Statements go to your billing contact, are due in 14 days, and read in the console under Billing.
Three roles: admin, broker, customer service. People are invited by email and choose their own password, so nobody is ever handed one somebody else knows. An admin can send a colleague a reset link or clear a lost authenticator, never set a password.
Your book is yours. If you leave, we export the whole thing for you as one audited file, and it leaves with you. Every row is stamped with your tenant and fenced at the database itself, not merely filtered by careful code.
No. Card, BPAY and bank transfer settle straight into your account, gross. Our fee is worked out on the premium you wrote and invoiced to you at the end of the month, so nothing is ever deducted from money a customer paid for insurance.
You. Noon is software you rent, not an authorised representative agreement. Your disclosure documents carry your name and your AFSL or AR number.
Tenancy is enforced in the database with row-level security, so a query that forgets its tenant returns your rows, never everyone's. Bank details for direct debit and authenticator secrets are encrypted at rest. Every operator action that matters is in an append-only audit log you can export.
Sydney. Our own servers on DigitalOcean's Sydney region; nothing managed by a third party sits between the funnel and the database. The privacy policy lists the few services we do use, which are payments, email, SMS and AI, and what each one sees.
Ask. Insurer integrations, products and reports get built when a brokerage needs them. Most of what's on the platform today started as a broker's question.
Your request is logged under your name and the on-call person has been told. A confirmation is on its way to the email you gave us.
